What sets us apart

In 2016, we set out to create something a little different. Airbnb started as a way to unlock private homes, to have an authentic in-home experience with real local hosts. But along the way, something changed. Scrolling through potential listings, we found ourselves longing for that promise of home -- visual spaces built over time and in layers, around family pieces that have meaning and depth; for amenities carefully considered, replies from actual hosts, personal touches that truly make life easier when you walk in the door.

Out of that longing the Bungalow was born. Here you’ll find the best of home and hotel, layers of visual inspiration, and tons of amenities deliberately chosen for your comfort and joy. It’s how you wish your home would be, if you didn’t actually live in it.

We are located in the safe, residential, neighborhood of Wallingford - just 22 mins by car (without traffic) from the Seattle airport. With a Walk Score of 95 Wallingford is a destination in its own right. Venturing further, though, it's easy to reach virtually anywhere in Seattle.

For those arriving by car, there is easy access from the 99 and I-5, plus free unrestricted street parking.

For those without a car, we are located on the 44 and 62 bus lines.
